Instructions for use (Adults and children 12 years and over):

Apply a strip of at least 1 inch of product to a soft bristle brush.

Brush your teeth thoroughly for at least 1 minute, twice a day (morning and evening), and no more than 3 times a day, or as directed by a dentist or doctor.

Be sure to brush all sensitive areas. Minimize swallowing. Spit out after brushing.

Children under 12 years: Consult a dentist or doctor.

Warnings: Discontinue use and consult a dentist if sensitivity persists or worsens (this may indicate a serious problem requiring attention), if pain/sensitivity persists after 4 weeks of use, or if you experience swollen, painful, or continuously bleeding gums for more than 2 weeks. Keep out of reach of children. If more than the usual amount is accidentally swallowed, seek medical help immediately. Do not store above 30°C (86°F).
