Shipping Terms and Conditions

At, we want to make shipping as easy as possible. We process orders as quickly as we can, although special circumstances sometimes arise. We are committed to providing you with the brands you want, and having your order shipped to you as quickly as possible. All orders placed online are usually processed within 1-3 business days, and shipping lead times are typically 1-5 business days, depending on the shipping option. Total lead times for you to receive your order may vary, but the typical time it takes to receive your order is between 2-8 business days, depending on shipping option. We normally ship using services offered through United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States Parcel Service (USPS).

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING is available on product purchases of $49.00 and above (exclusions may apply). Free Standard Shipping usually takes 5-8 business days, which includes processing time.

Free Shipping exclusions

  • Orders that are in excess of 10 lbs: reserves the right to choose another shipping method that is a more economical option for overweight packages.
  • Items that are not marked as “Eligible For Free Shipping”.
  • Orders that do not meet the threshold of $49.00 after all coupons and discounts are applied.

STANDARD SHIPPING starts at $3.00 for orders under $49.00. We ship using the most affordable option available via USPS or UPS.  Actual Standard shipping charges are based on order weight and proximity to our warehouse in NC. Standard shipping usually takes 5-8 business days, which includes processing time.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING starts at $6.50 per order. Expedited orders receive priority processing and handling, and they are sent via USPS Priority Mail or UPS, depending on the best option available for your order. Some items we offer are not eligible for Priority shipping due to DOT restrictions on air shipments (see DOT Air Shipment Restrictions Below). Expedited shipping charges are based on order weight and proximity to our warehouse in NC. Expedited shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, which includes processing time.

  • DOT Air Shipment Restrictions
    • The United States Department of Transportation (USDOT) prohibits the shipment of certain items through airfreight. Items that may contribute to a fire or hazardous situation during flight, may NOT be shipped through any airfreight carrier.
      • Items that may NOT be shipped using airfreight include, but are not limited to, the following product classifications: Items that contain corrosive or flammable chemicals such as perfume, cologne, nail polish, and nail polish remover. Items that are in pressurized cans and contain aerosols such as hairspray and shaving cream.
      • Items that are classified as hazardous will only ship via one of our ground carriers. is committed to having your order shipped to you as quickly and safely as possible within USDOT guidelines. If an order is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, reserves the right to charge a fee (equal to the shipping cost to redeliver) to the customer for the order to be released for redelivery.

Returns and Refunds is committed to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their order. We will gladly accept returns for items that are in new, unopened condition, and it is returned within 30 days from the date it was invoiced.

  • If you are returning an item to due to us shipping the incorrect item, or the item arrived damaged or defective, and it is within 30 days of the invoice date, we will provide you with free return shipping. We will work with you to replace the item if we still have it in stock, or we will try to find you an equivalent item. Although it doesn’t happen often, if we cannot find you the same or an equivalent item for replacement, we will gladly issue you a refund for your purchase.
  • If an order is refused at the delivery point by the customer for any reason, or sent back to due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the order is subject to a refund, excluding shipping charges.

We will not accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or have passed the 30 day return window we provide, unless that item is defective or damaged upon customer receipt of goods. reserves the right to refuse returns for personal use items such as deodorants, pleasure lubricants, contraceptives, etc.…for any reason.

Orders in excess of $500.00 are considered “Special Orders”. Returns on Special Orders are subject to a 50% restocking fee, and a 10% cancellation fee prior to shipment may apply as well. Once has approved your return, your refund or credit will be issued within 30 days of us receiving the damaged/defective item back.
