Adults and young adults 18 years and older: Rinse and gargle with 10 mL (2 teaspoons) twice a day for 90 seconds after brushing. Do not swallow. Wait 5 minutes before eating or drinking.

Children 12 to 17 years: Rinse and gargle with 10 mL (2 teaspoons) once a day after brushing. Do not swallow. Wait 5 minutes before eating.

Warnings: Keep out of reach of children under 12 years of age. Use only as directed. If more than the recommended rinse amount is accidentally swallowed, seek medical attention or contact a Poison Control Center immediately. Do not use with other products containing chlorine.
